Pricing

Initial cost – first year:  $1295.00 + cost of Microsoft Groove license (currently $150 per workstation)

  • Includes full use of program for 12 full months, initial program training time, continuous updates for 1 year, and up to 2 hours of accreditation consulting phone time.

Ongoing subscription after first 12 months: $49 per month without consulting collaboration; $79 per month with 2 hrs per month of consulting collaboration

For organizations requiring less hands on assistance, our accreditation do-it-yourself kit provides a full accreditation prep manual set, full implementation instructions and all the materials materials needed to comply with mandatory accreditation standards. Best of all, you also receive telephone support from our highly qualified consultants:

  • Includes HME Policy and Procedure Manual, Patient Education Guides, HIPAA for HME Providers Manual
     
  • Includes step by step instruction guides and forms, templates, logs, and other material needed to implement the requirements
     
  • Includes 2 hours of phone consultation with an experienced consultant
     
  • All materials are provided in a binder with a CD ROM that allows you to edit included templates and customize the materials as needed, add company information and logos, etc.
